1. Service Description
ComplyOne is an AI-powered compliance intelligence platform operated by ComplyOne.io Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (No. 17169602), 5 Brayford Square, London E1 0SG, United Kingdom. It analyses business profiles against EU regulatory frameworks to identify applicable regulations, compliance gaps, and recommended actions. The service is provided on a business-to-business basis, for use by businesses and professionals, and is not directed at consumers.
2. Important Disclaimer
ComplyOne is not a law firm
ComplyOne provides compliance information and automation tools. Its outputs are for general informational purposes only, do not constitute legal, regulatory, or professional advice, and are not a substitute for advice from a qualified professional. You remain responsible for your own compliance decisions. ComplyOne gives no warranty that outputs are complete, current, or error-free.
3. Account and Access
- Free tier: No account required for the compliance health check.
- Paid tiers: Account required, managed via Supabase Auth.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
- One account per person; team access is governed by your subscription tier.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the service for automated scraping or data extraction.
- Resell, redistribute, or white-label compliance reports without written permission.
- Misrepresent ComplyOne outputs as legal opinions or formal legal advice.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI assessment pipeline.
5. Intellectual Property
- ComplyOne owns the platform, AI models, and report templates.
- You own your business data and compliance submissions.
- Reports generated are licensed for your internal business use.

7. Limitation of Liability & No Warranty
The service and its outputs are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ComplyOne.io Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, nor for any regulatory fines, penalties, loss of profit, or loss of data, arising from use of the platform or its outputs. ComplyOne’s total aggregate liability under or in connection with the service shall not exceed the total fees paid by the customer in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
8. User Responsibility & Indemnity
You use the platform and its outputs at your own discretion and risk. You are responsible for verifying outputs and for your own regulatory compliance, and you agree to indemnify ComplyOne against claims arising from your use of, or reliance on, the outputs.
9. Partner Independence
Delivery Partners are independent contractors. They are not employees or agents of ComplyOne, do not provide legal or regulatory advice on ComplyOne’s behalf, and give no personal assurances or guarantees. ComplyOne is not responsible for advice or services provided independently by a partner, and partners are not responsible for the outputs of the ComplyOne platform.
10. Subscription and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly or annually via Stripe.
- Cancel anytime from your dashboard — no cancellation fees.
- Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
- Founding customer rates are locked for the lifetime of a continuous subscription.
11. Termination
- Either party may terminate at any time.
- On termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
- After 30 days, data is permanently deleted (you will receive a reminder email).
12. Modifications
We may update these terms with 30 days' notice via email and website banner. Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing Law
The laws of England and Wales apply. Jurisdiction: courts of England and Wales.
